Play
There is plenty to do around the pub. You can play on the pebble beach, explore the rock pools when the tide’s out or take a walk along the ancient Saxon shoreway near the South Foreland Lighthouse.
People come to St Margaret’s Bay to cycle, canoe, windsurf and swim.
Noel Coward used to live in St. Margaret’s Bay in the early 50’s and there’s an exhibition about him in the Museum. The Pines Garden is also well worth a stroll, offering a beautifully maintained landscape with interesting and unusual plants.
For more information on the bay, visit First Light Coast and Country.
